• Cancellation Policy
    Reservations can be cancelled with no penalties until 48 hours before check in. If cancelled after that deadline, the first night will be charged. If a guest decides to cut the stay, notice must be given with one day in advance to avoid penalties. Otherwise one night will be charged. If you have done your reservation through an Online Travel Agency (such as Booking or Expedia), the cancellation MUST be done through their website. We cannot process cancellations for reservations done through third parties. Early departures are subject to the same cancellation policy.
  • Taxes
    All prices are excluding taxes. The following apply and will be added to each sale: Rooms: 10%, Meals: 10%, Alcoholic Beverages: 11%, Sales: 7% (it includes the "Local Option Tax for the Town of Brandon).
  • Lobby Hours & Check in
    Front desk service on call 24 hours / 7 days a week by calling 802 747 8300. We appreciate if you give an approximate time of arrival when making the reservation. If you are planning to do a late check-in (after 9PM), we will provide instructions to access your room at any time.
  • Payment for the stay:
    Payment for the stay will be charged one day before arrival. Should you cancel in accordance to our cancellation policy, 100% refund will be issued.
  • Late Check out:
    PA late check out can be requested and will be approved by our staff subject to availability. A fee of $25 per extra hour after 11AM may be charged. Should you not abandon the room, we reserve the right to place your belongings in a secure location awaiting their retrieval.
  • Use of Elevator
    The Brandon Inn is a magnificent historic building that exudes character and charm, but it does have a few inconveniences. While the elevator is regularly maintained and inspected, it is a manually operated relic, which means an operator must be summoned every time it needs to be used. Regrettably, this can present challenges for guests with mobility issues, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly advise guests to keep this in mind when making a reservation. To request elevator service please call 802 747 8300. We apologize in advance as delivering the service may take a few minutes depending on availability of an operator.
  • Accessibility:
    This property may pose some challenges to people with mobility issues. Although we make our best to accommodate, there are structural issues (such as all rooms located in upper floors and with a limited services elevator) that can pose a problem.   • Use of Facilities
    Hotel facilities are for registered guests only. Use of Pool Area: Children less than 16 years of age are not allowed in the pool area unaccompanied by an adult. No lifeguard on duty.
  • Non Smoking
    All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in a designated area only (back of the hotel). Should The Brandon Inn find evidence of smoking in a room, either in the form of physical residue or the smell of smoke, a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged. A replacement fee will be charged for any damage to the rooms or items as a consequence of smoking.
  • Damages
    A replacement fee will be charged for any damage to the rooms or items damaged or missing from the rooms.
  • Minimum age to check in
    Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. An ID may be required
  • Pets
    We love pets, but not all guests may feel the same. Thus, we regret to say that they are not allowed.
  • Damages or Missing Items
    Guests agree to pay for any damages occurring during their stay to their accommodation, including damaged or missing items.
  • Right of admission
    This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We will not be responsible for money, jewelry or valuables of any kind, or damages to your automobile.
  • Arrival and Departure
    Check-in time is 3PM and checkout time is 11 AM. If you wish to do a late check-out contact us for availability. We may charge $25 per additional hour of stay and always depending on availability and express previous authorization from our staff.
  • Bicycles
    Bicycles are not allowed in the rooms. They can be stored in the barn.
  • Occupancy
    Maximum Occupancy is the one indicated in the Rooms & Suites page. No large gatherings in the rooms.
  • Quiet Times
    Quiet times in the rooms are from 10 PM to 7 AM the next morning. During that period we ask to refrain from making unnecessary noises. Please keep the volume of your TV, music, conversations, or fights to the minimum volume possible.
    Occasionally, the hotel hosts events in the main area, which may involve loud music and noise. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We can place you in a higher floor to minimize noise disturbance. Your comfort is our top priority, and we want you to have a pleasant stay with us.
Each of our guest rooms feature a private bath, wi-fi, cable television and include full breakfast.
