The Brandon Inn has been a place of hospitality since 1786. For your event you can use our Ballroom, Dining Room & Gallery, Garden Room & Patio — or combine spaces — with food and drink from our kitchen and Jacob Simonds Bar, plus rooms upstairs for your guests.

We don’t publish a live availability calendar online (it was more confusing than helpful). Tell us what you’re dreaming of — we’ll check the date and follow up personally.

Our event spaces

Use one room for something intimate, or more of the ground floor as your guest list grows. Rough guide: about one room up to ~75 guests; two rooms above that; the whole floor for larger celebrations (~120+).

Our grandest room — high ceilings, soft light, and space to linger. Ideal for a wedding reception, a lively dance floor, or a seated dinner that still feels intimate. About 37′ × 34′.

Two connected rooms that flow as one — candlelit dinners, cocktail hours, and buffet celebrations with room to mingle. Warm wood, historic charm, and about 2,000 sq ft of gathering space.

Sunlit and serene — an indoor garden room (23′ × 30′) that opens to the patio. Perfect for vows, champagne toasts, or a smaller celebration that wants a foot in the Vermont outdoors.

Every celebration is a little different — time of day, season, and how you use the rooms. We’ll shape a written estimate for your date (that’s the one that binds). Catering, bar, music, photography, A/V, and décor are arranged separately as you need them.
